Prizes!

Our church, The Creek, hosted a huge Easter egg hunt last Saturday at the school where we meet. We had so much fun and the weather was perfect!

We had a few practice "rounds" hiding eggs in the living room and letting Colton find them and put them in his basket. He was ready for the hunt! When it was time, he learned quickly that you have to run to get the next egg. As soon as it was over, he plopped down on the grass and started opening all of his eggs to find the "prizes" inside. He was the happiest kid in the world finding all those M&Ms!

There were also several blow-up bounce houses for the kids. Colton got on them a few times but didn't last long. The bounces from the big kids threw him around too much :) He was in heaven running all around the field. Maybe I lost a pound or two...until I hate 2 hotdogs for lunch...
