Beach Time

Because of Caroline's cast, we were worried about playing on the beach. The cast is waterproof, but it would be really uncomfortable for her if sand got in there. We got a baggie thing that protected the cast from the sand, but didn't know if Caroline would wear it. She totally forgot it was on once we got outside! She was perfectly content playing in the sand and Colton was entertained by the waves. He just jumped up and down and was so happy! One man asked if it was his first time seeing the ocean! I am already ready to go back!

While we were inside, the kids played in a "fort" made from couch cussions and the curtain. Very entertaining!
