Colton's birthday party was at the fire station this year. The firemen gave us a fun tour of the station-we saw where the slept, ate, cooked, and all the different trucks and boats they use. The kids favorite part was pretending to drive the old truck. After the tour, we walked to Mamama's house for cake and presents.
Caroline had been sick and I had been praying that Colton would stay well until at least 5:30, when his party ended. As soon as his party was over, Colton got really snuggly and a little hot. He did have a low grade fever, but not until the party was over. Another answered prayer was that the rain would hold off while we walked from the fire station to Mamama's house. Colton was praying for this too and it was so cool for him to see an answered prayer!
