Jeremy's company Christmas party is in Wilmington each year (this was our first year). They pay for us to spend the night and for a wonderful dinner out. We dropped the kids off with my parents and off we went! It was such a nice time to hang out alone. I also enjoyed meeting everyone that Jeremy works with. It was soooo cold. I would love to go back another time and walk around downtown by the river. We also got to see Kari twice. When we got into Raleigh, I had butterflies in my stomach because I was so excited to see Colton and Caroline!
