DeeDee, the kids and I took a mini vacation to Wrightsville beach. It was so nice and relaxing-ha, oh yea, not so relaxing with a 3 year old and almost one year old! We did have a really fun time, though! We drove straight to the aquarium before heading to our hotel. Just a few thoughts about day 1:
-We have been blessed with great car-riders! Whether awake or asleep, they are content.
-Why don't we have a McAllisters here anymore?? Yum.
-Isn't it disapointing when you are excited for your child to enjoy/be excited about something and then they don't? We were so excited for him to go to the zoo and the aquarium, but both times he quickly became a grouch...
